Let that be a LESSON to all over paid, under-performing 'professionals', especially if you play for the Rams. Aaron Donald CARVED out that career in the weight room and on the practice field, he was SELF motivated by HONOR and dedication. Most guys are lucky to get ONE year where they're as great as AD but he was great EVERY year he played. Hard work pays off, especially if your mentality is about being the best you can be. Sadly, most are too distracted to be that and will never find out.

I knew this day would come and I’m still denying it. I always felt before a game the rams would have a chance to win with AD out there playing. He gave 110% on EVERY play and always tried to instill in the other players the same type of attitude. I just hope he left on his terms. Thanks AD for playing for my team that I’ve loved since the 4th grade. You were the best and I wish you the best . Thanks for the memories!

I do not like the fact that someone is cutting onions in my house right now. I need to find out who is doing it. We as Rams fans have been so fortunate to watch one of the best defensive players of all time play for our team. Cherish those times because the chance of seeing it again are just about nil. Thank you AD for your all around awesomeness. My goodness, how I'm going to miss him.
