The first time I put my GTX in Sport Mode it exploded out of the hole, and after 5 seconds (already at 65 mph) I let go of the throttle and was screaming and laughing as I had the same reaction you did. What an adrenaline rush. The power is amazing! Got my first Sea Doo at age 70 and plan on riding until I can't. Thanks for sharing all the great videos. Very inspirational. Fast is fun but I am glad I ordered my Explorer Pro back in August because it looks like I will take delivery by the end of April. Just in time for some adventures along the New England coast and islands.

That genuinely scared me, I thought you'd been robbed straight off the trailer for a minute 😆 Fantastic as always, love that you got your hands on a 300 ski, and your reaction when you put the hammer down was so much fun to watch. Three tidbits about that ski you might like to know: One, might be wise to limit the jumping and spinning, cause superchargers don't like it when the jet pump comes unhooked from the water and slams back in again, and it can cut down the lifetime on the engine. I'm not saying quit it entirely, it's just something to keep in mind. Two, the cargo rack off your Explorer Pro will fit on the GTX the same way it fits on any ST3 or current-generation GTI-based ski, so you're not limited to one LinQ point. You could haul 3 fuel cells if you needed to, or your Explorer bag. Three, if you order any new ski with an ST3 hull (GTX, RXT-X, Wake Pro, etc), you can actually add a windscreen as an optional feature. I'm not sure how your deal with Sea-doo works, so I don't know if they'd be willing to mount one on the GTX you have now, but it is possible!

I've had a few seadoos over the past few years. For crusing my favorite ski which they dont make any more is the GTX 260 S with the suspension seat. Hands down the most comfortable ski I've ridden. Now its not as playful as all of the other models but still nice. I've had experience with both the older and new GTI models. If you are riding on anything but a flat lake I wouldn't recommend. I have a a couple friends I ride which one has a GTI 170 the other has a Wake Pro and I have a GTX 230. When it gets a little choppy my friend on the GTI has a hard time keeping up with the wake pro and the GTX ST3 hull while we are in eco mode. The friend on the GTI is also soaked while we are mostly dry. If your on flat water and dont care about keeping up with friends there's nothing wrong with the GTI.

Just a little advice when parking your JetSki it’s best to tie it off on the inside of the dock. It will keep it from bouncing so much. and leaves the outside open for much larger vessels.

Hey Adam, next time you're on the GTX, hit full speed then pull the break... 60mph to 0mph in less then 3 seconds. Look behind and see the huge flare the break puts up into the air. It'll be about 40 to 50 ft high. Enjoy

Hi to Chelsea. Now I only have been in a PWC once! Now I should have guessed by the empty sea that it wasn’t the best day to be out but hey am Irish. Anyway the person with me weighs about twice my weight but elected to let me do the steering! In the choppy water virtually no steering and when I accelerated to try and get some control I was nearly doing wheelies. She was not enjoying it and neither was I so brought it in early. But single seated on one of those nee high powered jobbies and a flat ish sea think it would be the dogs bo..cks! Yes you are lucky but you made that luck by taking the decisions you did Ie moving over there and yes am very jealous. Git lol
