Something the west should learn and teach children how to. Western society is failing because of liberals. Teaching kids to appreciate their parents' efforts is a good start. For decades, people in the west had inculcated too much freedom and liberalism to their kids minds and it doesn't give anything good to the society as a whole. Western kids became so independent in their youth making them susceptible to negative influences in the society. Western parenting is subpar compare to Filipinos way of raising kids.

Graduation is the happiest day in high school life, but when it comes to the part of the farewell song, that's when your tears really start to flow.While you are singing all your memories together for 4 years or 6 years will really come back. Then after you sing you go to your parents to say thank you and give a letter. After that you will approach your friends and classmates to say goodbye.You still feel like you don't want to be separated from them.

That’s very common in the Philippines during graduations. I remember when I graduated in elementary school (1989), we sang “ One moment in time”. In high school graduation, we sang “The Journey “ by Leah Salonga, and in college graduation, we sang “ I have a dream “ by ABBA.

Not only for their mothers. It's a song for parents. MAPA is the title of the song which means MAMA and PAPA. MAPA in English is Map which also signifies that how far you reach, wherever you go or whatever you've become you have your Map (our parents) who serve as our guide and that map reminds you to always go back to your roots, where you came from.
