Bro I felt everything Jev said on a personal level. Grinding for Damascus is a curse...A road to hell paved and painted by ones ambition to combat boredom, depression, and the urge to give up because you cant handle playing like a rat but youve already come this far and you have platinum so and so its the home stretch...next thing you know you're 3 cans of monster deep at 4am playing hardcore shipment 24/7 using a fucking riot shield trying to get 25 three kill streaks all the while being stuck with thermite by sweaty timmy using a gold mp5 or m4 sweating his absolute nuts off. But then the impossible happened... I noticed an opponent turn his back to me and stand still in an effort to let me get a "Kill from behind" or finishing move for the challenges and because of him, I was able to get gold a little easier. Whoever you are, sweet dreams my prince.

I feel like Jev stopped enjoying COD Modern Warfare so much when he decided it was a great idea to get Damascus twice

I loved MW. The flow of the game was terrible. But the mechanics and the gameplay itself felt great. Arguably the best engine for COD ever. Too bad cold war didn't use it.

SnD and Shoot the Ship is literally all that is decent in this game. The maps are horrible for respawn.

Idk I fell in love with the Modern Warfare engine and just can't go back to the older feeling games. I hate how people play the game and honestly it can be a pain to play but the engine and how it feels is simply TOO GOOD.

I will always maintain Cold War plays like COD does in my memories, it feels like classic COD multiplayer...but balanced by having no claymores or a nerfed version of them (Bouncing Betty field upgrade that is once off), no crazy loud footsteps encouraging you to camp, and run n gun gameplay is legit possible with low effort as it should be.

Honestly I was just thinking exactly the same thing about MW multiplayer a few days ago. It does feel very different from every other call of duty I’ve played.. slow, campy, and very fast kills. Sad thing is I love playing it (SnD and gunfight) and the attention to detail is amazing. I know I could do 10x better in Cold War but all my friends play MW so I don’t even bother. Until battlefield comes out LOL

This is why im moving to battlefield, its been fun cod I still remember playing my first cod game world at war 😔
