how in the world can you not gain weight in Korea if the trend you see on TV is eating eating eating...I feel that being healthy in SK is a very difficult thing to do...

beami beep not really tho. you can see the dish that they eating mostly really healthy. it is a lot but the portion is so small. also in korea, they use less oil (not all restaurant).
