Mam I used to drink water just after rice. I saw one of your video where you asked not to drink water immediately after rice, i tried to practice the same and started drinking water 45 min to 1 hr after eating rice. but I am facing one problem, my throat feels like dry for a long time even after taking water 1 hr after food. why is this happening? how to get cure from this?
