This was me playing Pavlov as well yesterday. The Bots were destroying me. You definitely have to practice the shooting and reloading especially otherwise the Bots overwelm you.

Just a warning to anyone who hasnt played it; you cannot play sitting down. The game will register you as crouched and you will be unable to sprint. It is solely a stand up game. Dont let this deter you, I hated it originally, but after playing it for an hour, I have never had more fun in a fps and using a shotgun has never been more badass in a video game. I literally had the biggest grin when I blasted a bot with a shotgun as his body flew away from me. This game is worth every penny and it is so smooth and clear. This is a must have and there is an offline bot mode like the C.O.D. titles as well.

You can lower the play space of the psvr like a meter below the floor before starting the game. Its not ideal, but playable while sitting. (is what I heard) Cant test it, because Iam still waiting for the release in my country smh.

@@pinokio3785 it doesn't work for pavlov. That method prevents you from picking up weapons and ammo for that area is beneath the floor.

Thanks for the heads up! I don't really have the floor space to play standing with no fear of hitting something. I can't truly enjoy a game when I always have the worry of breaking something or my hand in the back of my mind. 😑

@@griminale1334 actually, with this game, it has a rather limited range for your controllers where you dont have to reach that far from you. I hold my extended arm no farther than 1 1/2 ft away from me and it works fine. Keeping your avatar always facing forward with the right joystick can also minimise you swinging your arms around. I have very limited space, maybe no more than 2ft in all directions and I can play it perfectly.

I'm just so happy you can play single player instead of always being forced to matchmake or party up. If anyone from PSVR 1 remembers how hard to matchmake in Firewall cause there were so little online players.

If it's single player you're looking for I don't think I can recommend this one. You can play certain modes alone but the game is definitely designed with multiplayer in mind. Have you looked into The Light Brigade yet? That one is great for single player

Because of games like Grandtheft auto I got used to keeping my index finger on R1 and my middle finger on R2 And after hearing some complaints about the VR 2 I thought that I was gonna get confused but oddly enough R2 to me is always the trigger. I’m just surprised/glad to see you use that properly without hesitation or any complaints. VR controls definitely come with a learning curve.

I had this game on pcvr when I had my quest 2. I think this will be my next purchase on psvr 2 as it’s such a fun game. Does this also contain the world war 2 mode?

In settings and Pavlov you can change it to rotation. Not flick. Is your flicking your joystick, you can turn it where it smooth

Others have also said they had issues with their mic not working, I think it's something to do with your output settings. I personally didn't have any issues, so I can't really say. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

I think I figured it out, you have to put your hand up to where your ear would be and press the trigger.

I had this problem also. You have to put your hand by your ear first and then hit L2 or R2. You can’t hold the triggers beforehand

Try to equip two pistolss/revolvers one in each hand, then You can also holster them as secondary holstered, so You can actually start with 4 pistols.....G8 fun!

I had the same grenade issues on Quest. I have Pavlov in my playstation cart just haven't ,"pulled the trigger" Already have AFTER THE FALL, and Alvo. Waiting on new Firewall game too.

@@TheZanzibarMan yea I got it even re arranged my room and it made a big difference in the experiance I was able to actually move around in vr without hitting my head on my desk or smacking my arm on my bunkbead haha my rooms kinda small big household so can’t really set it up in the living room lol gotta improvise and it’s a perfect experiance now

Hey buddy, can you give me feedback after you play the multiplayer? I am new to console and I understand your console has a chance to get banned, so it becomes useless. Well anyway I have been avoiding online multiplayer out of fear that someone salty may report me for cheating and then my console gets banned. I get my psvr2 in 3 days, so I will be playing this game.

Highly doubt you’ll get banned, like 99% sure you won’t get banned. Just don’t say no crazy shit on the mic or use third party cheats and you’ll be okay. Also don’t text people crazy ass curse words or they’ll report you and get your shit banned

Movement speed is partially controlled by how you are holding your weapon, if it is up and in a ready fire position you will walk. Lower it and you can go faster.

The game is designed for stand up play. If you play sitting down, the game considers you crouched and sprinting will be disabled. I couldn't get past the tutorial because of this. Once I figured this out, I was disappointed that you cant play sitting down, BUT, once I started playing it, I'm instantly in love with it. I'm still doing offline bots until I get use to each weapon and where the reload and slide/bolts are located so I can reload faster online.

For me the tracking is the best feature, not having to face one camera and one camera only has been great. Way more reliable.

I had that problem. You can reset them manually. But what really did the trick for me was turning them on before entering the vr setup. Had to do that twice, once for Sense R and once for Sense L. After that it all worked fine. A bug that sucks so hard.

Just to add on to this, so far I've been syncing up my controllers after turning on my headset. One other thing you can try is turning off all other controllers when you use the headset, it might help.
