Hello Zinny I thought Amazon kdp isn't particularly friendly towards the use of AI as one is expected to declare that they made use of AI during the making of the book

Declaring that you used AI to create part of your book, doesn't affect or stop you from making sales . The challenge is using AI for every single part of the book without any input from you. I have books on amazon I created with AI, but I always add my touch to it, just to be safe.

Thank you for your sharing your expertise. I am learning new information. I do have a few questions. When we are adding elements to the pages, is there a point when will we need to upscale them to maintain DPI if at all? example enlarging the size of a star or the bucket. Also, I see certain AI Design sites that offer a suite of tools to complete projects. Would you recommend top 2 or 3 to purchase so I wouldn't need so many paid accounts that offer some options but not all. Creating books, annd video for children with sounds and voice overs, animation, including my own way of speaking so it doesn't sound computer generated etc.

the elements in camva are already vector images, you can increase they sizes without losing quality. the only image you have to upscale is the AI Generated images

Hi Zinny, I've written and illustrated a kids book using a mix of Dalle 3 and canva to create the scenes. I was going to get someone proficient at photoshop to clean up some of the images. But I've been advised by editors that the use of AI art is risky as the AI art can be tracked back to the original creator and get you sued. Do you have examples of kids books on KDP who have used AI art?

Hello, KDP does not allow Canva elements in the books on their website. You can make your own elements.

My question is how do you stop others using AI that may have a similar idea for a story from duplicating your story or characters. I am in a children’s author. I would love for AI to create my characters so I don’t have to hire illustrators, however I’m concerned about AI giving my characters to others. Are we able to copyright these stories and actual characters if we use AI for support. I am more concerned about character creation themselves

Unfortunately at this time you can't copyright the characters or images generated by AI. When you say people copy your character I am trying to understand that, but because currently not two AI images look alike, if with consistent characters there still abit of different. Will people try to copy your ideas yes, but will it be the same No

When you are unloading your book, amazon will ask you if ai was used in any part of your book. Is to start where you used AI. I have books created with AI and they haven't shut down my account, you just have to declare it.

Hmm, I am not sure how using Payoneer, works with Amazon Kdp. For my payment gets sent directly into my bank account. I would assume the money is sent to your Payoneer account and then I can move it to your personal account. But please do more research on it.
