Thiago Alcântara do Nascimento (born 11 April 1991), known simply as Thiago is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as a central midfielder for German Bundesliga club FC Bayern Munich. Born in Italy to Brazilian parents, Thiago joined FC Barcelona aged 14, and made his first team debut in 2009. Thiago is in a class of his own, you can see the players were just looking to give the ball to him for direction whenever they feel they are stuck. This is a very good signing. Very solid player

Thiago by far, he is so clever he knows what he wants to do exactly before the ball gets to him also very clever on how to press when to pass and when to change direction and how. Man this player he is so good and is true when someone said that normal people wont understand the beauty of this because they will never understand or feel how hard it is to perform well in this type of games with this kind of pressure

Why he moved to liver pool ! Inside story .. He knew that young talented players like Goretzka n kimmich are coming to take his place. Thiago was already branched before UCL matches. Only he got chance to play in UCL because defender Pavart was injured n kimmich had to play as right back . Finally he made right decision.

Well he was benched because he was injured, and goretzka was pretty good ,so why bench him for thiago when he was playing good,but yes he did make the right decision
