The restaurant we asked to photograph this time is the original Tsuke-ten-soba "Kadohira" near Yokohama Station.
Kadohira" is a famous local restaurant that takes a lot of time and effort to prepare everything from the soup stock carefully made in the morning, to the homemade soba noodles, to the thick katsudon (pork cutlet served on top of a bowl of rice). The preparation starts early in the morning, and in between, the entire staff has breakfast together, which looks absolutely delicious! For lunch, I had tsuketen-soba with prawn tempura. It was very tasty.
