I believe Pep is starving him of the ball. Other than Foden, most other team mates hardly pass to Haaland. I've NEVER seen a striker make so many great runs and not receive the ball.

@@audialiastt2601 happened with Lukaku last season, but with City it’s tactical as they have started to play better since Haaland’s form dropped off. He’s now part of the team instead of the main man and teams now have to watch the goal scoring threat from else where as opposed to just putting 2 cbs on Halland

@@Kaijufied But they must be smart in defence, when Haaland hasn't scored in 4/5 games. Statistically he'll probably score in that game & he's coming with vengeance. They must be careful & their biggest challenge is the fact almost every City player in that squad can single handedly win the game.

@@Kaijufied Haaland is not good at scoring only, he has provided beautiful assists as well. Same like when teams tried to man mark Messi to restrict him from scoring, but then he would draw defenders to him which created so much space even defenders would easily score. If you look at Haaland's assist for Bernardo vs Bayern, both defenders slid in anticipation of Haaland shooting for a goal but he made a beautiful cross for Bernardo to score comfortably.
