This is an absolutely brilliant advice for all the strikers (if not all the players). Brilliant. Instead of complaining about your team mates not giving you the ball where you want it, you try make the moves that suit the player that has the ball. That way you become more dangerous and get more chances. This is very simple yet brilliant.

This is vital. In organizations some managers or even employees like to show their colleagues weaknesses instead of enhancing their skills. I mean by the time an organization hires someone, there is a skill they have seen in him or her that is good for the growth of the company. So as a manager or colleague at office, always look out for that skill and enhance it instead of complaining and looking out for the weak side of your colleagues.

Just came from watching two Zlatan Clips. One in which he bragged about how he was not willing to go through a trial at Arsenal as a young player, the other one about how he parked his Ferrari in sight of Guardiola’s office to piss him off. Man, if you compare that to the way Henry carried himself and was willing to question his own ways to improve… Zlatan all of a sudden just comes across like a man child totally full of himself. Unfortunately that somehow seems to resonate more with people, given the praise he receives for being such an „Alpha“
