No doubt. What people don't realize he was not a Vinicius like attacker but more like a Leao on steroids. Walker dominated Vini because he is smaller than him. But people should realize that the close control of Henry was great, he could dribble with both feet. But most importantly he was very smart, big and strong. Walker even complained about that he couldn't do anything about the acceleration of Mbappe. If Mbappe is a guy who can dominate hím physically I don't doubt that a Prime Henry wouldn't give him a chance. Plus to be honest I think Walker could be grateful he never really played against Marcus Thuram or Leao because they are the players nowadays who are pretty similar to Henry but a bit worse.

Erm, except when he was main man at Arsenal they never defended a league title, never won a Champs League and even in the Barca team he did win a Champs League Messi was by far the most important player. Henry was good for a few years but like all pace merchants he burned bright for a few years before retiring as an ember of his former self, same thing will happen to M'bappe.

Thierry Henry and Ronaldinho are by far my favorite living football legends, they are the reason I fell in love with football in the first place, they are part of my childhood... Henry should have won at least one or two ballon d'or in the 2003 and 2004 seasons, he was so unique and underrated back then, he was almost unstoppable and genuinely a very good all-rounder authentic player. ☯️✌️
