I was searching for coaching a team and I landed here If you wanna become a leader on and off the court it's easy support them give them hope If your teammates don't see you as a leader Tips 1) be vocal (be supportive not an asshole and be angry at someone) 2) if your teammates don't trust you make them trust you ( get rebounds play defense assist the ball do the dirty work) they'll start respecting you once they see you capable of every play style 3)never ever throw a tantrum be a man and do everything with dignity You'll start getting the ball like a champ trust me always be nice 👍😊

Asian Hooper As a varsity player, ill tell you you need to practice at game speed in game like situations. Dont walk 2 steps, set up your jumpshot for a few sec, and then knock it down, you need to be quick in practice so it carries over to the games. Also being nervous might cause your shot to be off in games, so do breathing exercises before you play, hope that helps.

WAWA GAMING make sure you practice at Game Speed. Which means you need to visualize a defender and act as quick or quicker than you would in a real game. The other half of the problem is confidence, I recommend looking up some videos on that and Dre Baldwin is a great motivational channel to check out. Hope this helps

Actually those are what we call "good misses" You never want to be short, left, or right. Always best to miss long because it is easy to adjust! Take a little bit off of it and you'll be just fine

Do whatever it takes to win, be phenomenal, always give 100% of yourself, that is my suggestion
@4cer356
@4cer356 3 жыл бұрын
Phenomenal, I mean practice efficiently, I don't practice too much these days because I can't, lockdown in my country, but I work out, built muscles last two months and mastered some skills and moves, I am very good at euro step, post fadeaways and etc. So you gotta have your style, you need to be able to dominate on the court and make team focus, have that killer mentality that noone would be able to stop you. You need to have will power, be strong mentally, having a bad game should not make you weak, go to the court next day and practice enough to get your muscles numb, to not even be able to make a layup, try to improve your weaknesses and keep your strengths so you won't have any weaknesses.
