Other ideas A “calm me “ page, use double page if u need it! Basically say negative emotions and what you should do (my example: angry- stress toys, take a sip of water, use box breathing technique.) Where secret stuff in ur bedroom is- e,g snacks, emotional support toys ect. Wishlist- for Christmas or birthday. Or just generally Skincare products hope this helped!
