Any type of physical work takes a toll on you. I have been working since I was 11. Always had harder labor jobs so I know what you mean.

I'm just cutting grass, weedeating, trimming shrubs, and pruning a few trees. Get up leaves in the fall but leave weeding of the shrub beds and mulch to others.

I'm 64 yrs old n not taking any types of medication like blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes,n Dr can't believe at my age I'm not on any medication at all

This looks like Miami everyone has tons of hedges down here. I feel you brother I’m 52 years old and my body is aching every day have to take 2 Aleves every day to be able to function I’ve been doing this for 40 years since I was a kid with pops but age is our worst enemy in this line of work and employees are another thing you have to deal with one day they show up another no show I’m tired of it man but I also have to thank the Lord Jesus for giving me work every day.

That’s great man and I know what you mean after my leg injury this past winter iam recovered but I have days it’s good and days it’s horrible so I know and understand in a sense what your going through and this work is not easy

I used to do the mulch and edging on it, 695 ft. of edging and 20 yds. Can't handle that anymore but I do the rest of the work. It really is a blessing

Collegen powder in your coffee if you drink coffee but 2 tablespoon every morning will ease your pain I had broken both knee caps n surgery in 2010 knees were always wrapped up if went out anywhere but sence using the collagen powder knees don't hurt anymore and haven't been wrapped up since using this product also swelling has gone down alot

After having x-ray on my knees n finding out that both knees were broke in half Dr ask if the pain was on a scale of 1 to 10 told him had no pain at all
