Babyyy they stood there and stared knives through this woman throughout the entire performance. Christians don’t know how to detach their feelings from ministry and just enjoy the specialty of music. It’s so sad. They put sin in categories and on levels. They spectate on who should be allowed forgiveness and grace. They question the integrity of those who are in leadership in the body of Christ. If their actions don’t line up to their own personal expectation then they result to defamation of character. If they would sincerely take the time to study the word of God they would see that the creator used imperfect people all the time. Many of them really didn’t want the assignment however in obedience they went. Most of them were still dealing with their own struggles and decided to be transparent about it while in leadership. The most effective Christian is an honest and transparent Christian. There are already too many closeted believers in Christ. We overcome by the blood of the lamb and the words of our testimony. You will never be made whole in every struggle of life until you expose it. If you could fix it on your own you wouldn’t need a savior. The creator knows exactly where you are. The creator knows exactly where Kim Burrell is. Pray ye one for another. I know this is a hard pill to swallow. Some of you so called believers in Christ are acting like an entitled Jonah. You believe God’s grace and mercy is only reserved for you when you error. It doesn’t matter how many times you mess up because you feel like God’s obligated to come to your rescue. However you don’t feel like this same response from our creator should be rendered to the next man. All this talk about preachers living above reproach before mankind is drawing a wedge in the body of Christ. He had no pastor yet admonished those around him to have a covering. It didn’t take a covering for Christ to appear to him on the road to Damascus. Paul even cursed out a high priest named Ananias after being slapped in prison. What happened to turn the other cheek? This is why it is imperative that we consider the experiences of imperfect men and women in scripture as a means of transparency. Nevertheless all must follow Christ and those leaders who are leading by direction of the Holy Spirit. God Christ and the Holy Spirit are one. If a leader is not speaking what Christ has said then you don’t oblige. This is how you digest scripture. All scripture is profitable however all scripture is not law. Considering all scripture law is to say it’s okay to do what David did and sleep with another man’s wife. Though it is one man’s experience recorded in the Bible it wasn’t right. God Christ neither the Holy Spirit co-signed David’s foolishness. There are many scriptures documented that were inspired by God but not co-signed by God. Inspired by doesn’t mean it’s approved by our creator. This well documented inspiration was given as a means to be open and honest about the daily life of mankind. We can learn from the good and the bad in scripture.

I didn’t even hear that until I read all the comments and I was able to listen to it in my AirPods. The musicians probably played that during rehearsal and she liked the sound and emulated it and worked it in but INCREDIBLE EITHER WAY! The Spirit was definitely moving ALL IN THAT PLACE!
