A viral video dropped of Jordan Poole showing up his own teammates and not paying attention during a timeout. It’s become really common for people to hate on the ex-Warrior but why? This video explains how it’s gotten so bad for Jordan Poole.

He's been quoted as saying that he's set for life, his family's set for life, so now he's playing basketball with "no pressure," and it's "a dope feeling." He's playing with "no pressure." The reason he played so well for the Dubs before the bag? Pressure. He needed to perform to make sure that his life was set. Once he got paid, his production fell off. His work ethic off the court tanked. And he's basically coasting while still thinking he can be "that guy" or "him" because his success at Golden State seems to have gone to his head. He thinks he's better than he is, and that the hard work which got him his success doesn't need to be maintained.

As a Wizards fan, myself and all of my friends who are Wizards fans knew this was a terrible idea the moment they pulled the trigger on this horrific trade, so why didn't seemingly the GM know this? OK, but can you specify what is that Poole did great? Is he a good handler? No, he is a good shooter? No, he is a good cutter? No. Jordan Poole is not good at anything except for one, he really understands Steve Kerr's system, other than the basketball genuineness of splash bros and Dray, it's the system that push warriors as an almost dynasty. Poole even tho young at the time, knows how to play alongside those all time greats better than a lot of people, if you really think about it, the praise he got the most was "he can let it fly" well everyone can especially if you play for the warriors, Cook did, Pascal did, and those are nobodies. If a shot isn't made what's the point of making it fly?
@luckyjelly9542
@luckyjelly9542 7 ай бұрын
@@therocklau The good thing Jordan Poole can do is simple. That thing is called scoring. The Warriors without Jordan Poole have struggled not getting enough points without Steph Curry. Jordan Poole is in a slump right now. But I believe he still has it in him to be the third Warriors Splash Brother if he was still on the Warriors and rack up a ton of points. Like the video said last year Jordan Poole was the Warriors third highest scorer in the regular season, despite his Poole's bad playoff stats last year. Chris Paul is great in all by not giving up turnovers, but he isn't getting the Warriors enough points. Plus to get Chris Paul they had to give up two young guys with potential Patrick Baldwin Jr. and Ryan Rollins. Also, Chris Paul isn't that much cheaper than Jordan Poole.

Their rookie has great potential. Should make him the main point guard and jones moves to shooting guard if they decide to move on from jordan poole

It sucks how short form content erases context from everything. I mean sure Jordan Poole isn’t a team player but the falsification is crazy.

Warriors fans who followed the team even just a little bit last season knew exactly this was going to happen. The fact that people are surprised Poole is playing poorly shows how people did not watch any games last season. Though it was pretty evident when most people said the CP3 trade was a complete fleece lmao

Sometimes winning a ring so early in your career & then getting a bag....is a blessing & a curse. Because your ego get inflated & you start feeling yourself a little to much.

I'm always gonna be a Jordan pool fan I understand you know his ego and his personality really fucked up the team with him talking shit to Draymond but I mean the kid was necessarily the worst player in 2020 and he leveled his game up so much in two years that he contributed so much to that championshipand he got generational money for his family and himself. I just wish things went differently after that.

The team got fucked up when Draymond decided he’s allowed to put his hands on another person I don’t care what Poole said.

If he's able to clean up his attitude, he might still be able to turn things around. But his mentality seems to be "I got the bag, so me and my family are set for life. I don't gotta actually work no more." This is paraphrasing, obviously. But it's based on quotes from Poole himself.

The hate on him is unreal. Plenty of trash talkers in the NBA. He can bounce back. And Steph and Klay still rock with him.. His character is what counts. He never spoke one word about Dray who faced no consequences. Still rooting for him

“Winning the first round all by himself “ is insane 😂 don’t get me wrong dude played amazing and almost averaged 30 and it was amazing. I thought he would be the heir apparent 😔 shit just don’t go the way u want. but Steph did come of the bench and average 30 😂 so and he greatly benefited from playing with them guys lol I see a lot of his shots in that Denver series where wide open.

while I still don't think Dillion Brooks is a very good player (not worth $80m anyway), he earned respect by dramatically improving his jumpshot this off-season. That doesn't happen by accident, he had to have been in the gym everyday working on his jumper. Poole...looks like he did the complete opposite. I don't think he even held a basketball all off-season.
