Stephan caught what Jay was really tryna say basically calling him a “house nigga” in the most professional way which is why he kept asking what you really tryna say 😂😂it automatically got personal cause he slick just got called out on his show in front of his master cause Jay knows Stephan can’t speak what he really feel from the hand that’s constantly up his ass😂

@@deuceswild117 like the brother said… he’s very wrong about Kyrie. It’s called a strawman, gaslighting, and numerous other deflection tactics. Stephen A’s narrative is that he refused to work. The truth is he wasn’t allowed to work, in an illegal manner. The point is, Kyrie didn’t play much last year, because he was being punished for not taking a vaccine that statistically had a higher rate of Giving him a disease than it did of preventing death… for people in his demographic group. Stephen A, as an arm for the establishment, is there to deride Kyrie for being an independent man and doing what was logical (saying there’s a higher possibility I develop myocarditis from the vaccine than it is I die from Covid). But instead of deriding him on the facts of that decision, he uses everything outside of that to attack him. Not to mention, the state of New York is essentially saying the Brooklyn Nets improperly docked his pay, by not allowing him to work.

Jay Williams is right. SAS has been the main one leading the charge labeling Kyrie as a guy who "doesn't show up to work" and it all started because Kyrie missed the season not being vaccinated Kyrie missed a few games during the Jan 6 moments, and missed a season for not getting vaccinated (most unpredictable time of our generation) yet SAS makes it seem like Kyrie just doesn't play games because he doesn't want to. He usually misses games because he is injured, like many other players. SAS doesn't push this narrative with players like Kawhi, Zion, AD, Paul George, Kevin Love, Jimmy Butler, Bradley Beal (another player who didn't get vaccinated), and many more who consistently miss games each season. Never hear SAS say Kawhi doesn't "show up to work"

Let's be honest here, Smith yells pretty much every episode. It's rare that he does not sound like he is upset when he talks. He did end up getting triggered as time went on because Jay kept saying he was getting upset so he ended up actually getting upset. Jay has always been a "leave Kyrie alone" type of person. Kyrie tends to do more things that will make you pick on him than make you praise him. Hell, the one thing that you can praise him on(basketball) he tends to not do as often now. The dude will just bolt on the team and show up 2 weeks later like he overslept. Steven A has always praised Kyrie for being an amazing player and a superstar in the league. But he has also criticized him for what he has done, and we can all agree that it's rightfully deserved. Jay is blinded by his love for Kyrie and he just sees it as Steven A picking on his little brother for no reason. Even though his little brother has been bullying all the kids in the playground for a while he just chooses not to see it.

I think it has something to do with both Jay Will and Kyrie are Duke PGs, also both Kyrie and Jay Will played h.s. ball in Jersey... Kyrie probably hits close to home for Jay. Both were top 2 picks...and both have off the court issues that hamper their availability, and in the case of Jay Williams, off the court stuff cost him his career. I think Jay Will is too close to this Kyrie issue to be logical and not personalize it given both players backgrounds.

If you are an organisation and pay a guy millions to show up and the guy misses over a hundred games without being injured, you won't sign the same guy to a multi year contract. We all know Kyrie has been great these past few weeks and we all know he is a legit all time great talent. He just has a different issue each year that keeps him from doing his job. I used to love Kyrie until a few seasons ago, then I realized that this guy will throw away his prime. One day Kyrie might realize what he did and how he robbed himself of multiple titles. I think Stephen A. feels the same way and on top of it he wants young black men to be professionals, to be good role models for our young brothers. I feel ashamed when Kyrie spits out all these flat earth and vaccine theories...he wants to be different and controversial so hard but picks the wrong topics. He makes some of us EDUCATED black men feel ashamed. Flat earth my ass....and no the vaccine doesn't give you blue balls and no, the Jews are not our number one problem. I don't care about what religion enslaved our ancestors because Christians, Muslims and Jews all enslaved us. So it ain't the religion, it was all about the money as always. But it's hard to fight capitalism if you are being paid millions to play ball. Did Kyrie ever care about the children that are being forced to produce his shoes? There are slaves TODAY in Asia, Africa, India, Saudi Arabia, etc. Why get suspended over calling out people who enslaved us hundred of years ago, when you can fight slavery TODAY. He does have the resources...

Addressing your first point, it is not Stephen A’s job to be a consultant to the Brooklyn Nets or to any NBA team to determine what value they should place on Kyrie Irving. If he wants that role, he should quit his job on TV, and go into consulting for NBA teams to assess player value. With his platform and his voice, he can cost Kyrie tens if not hundreds of millions of dollars by how he says what he says. He has brought up Kyries contract more than any other analyst, and definitely always has to say how “He would never pay Kyrie more than a 1 year deal”. If there’s a team out there that wants to pay Kyrie max money, who tf is Stephen A to stand in the way. That ain’t his money they are spending.

Kyrie, took a miseducated stance that not only hurt the broader community, (by giving credence to false information about vaccines to a community disproportionately being adversely impacted) but his teamates as well, who had a goal of trying to win a championship or at least promote the success of their own careers. The Nets, not the league force suspended him because he endorsed a film (based on a book) that is antisemitic because it contain a part that could be perceived as pro Black. Frankly, I could understand him making a mistake based on the part he saw, but was inexcusable is initial refusal (until he was suspend) to just say my bad.
