His mic skills are at an ELITE level and he really will help elevate the young heels trying to make a name for themselves on the mic. And off camera MJF has helped recruit many of the young talent and backed them up and convinced Tony to give them contracts. MJF is one of the hardest workers ever and he's gonna he a LEGEND in this business one day 😎

I'm as excited as anyone to see Punk, but his pops so far have been because of the spectacle of his return. Let's see how he does in the long term and if he can show us the promos we know he can do.

@@itsatrippp5661 Pillman Sr. was in similiar tag too when he was younger with Steve Austin in Hollywood Blonds, and then both become edgier as heel. Varsity Blonds is basically paying homage to both wrestler. Pillman Jr. is still so young, he has loooong time to work more on his mic and character.

My god Brian Pillman Sr. for sure would've have fit into the AEW world perfectly had he lived. It's great that Brian Jr., is honoring his father with "Hollywood Blondes" with "Varsity Blonds". This is mjf's second best promo behind the pipebomb where he calls tony khan a mark. Everything about this segment is classic, mjf calling the midwest mid, calling pillman's daughter 16 and pregnant, and him calling pillman jr's mom methanie. This segment had me dying when first saw it 😂😂

@@dominikgose6770 Pillman Jr is still work in progress, MJF is performing on another level than most talent at that age. To be honest MJF still has to work on his in ring work to me to back up his mic ability so hes developing too but yeah Pillman performed his part competently, he kept up solidly for being one of the few times hes talked in front of so many people. It did the job, I dont think it "needed" to be amazing. if anything he shouldve stormed the ring to kick MJFs ass sooner than he did and talked even less segment was mainly about gassing up MJF after his loss and directing him into a new fued he might come out on top of and putting some shine on Pilman Jr
