Hey family!! In today's video we take y'all in a fun Cattle Catching Adventure, make chocolate chip pancakes, Swiss onion pork chops, and reset the house! 😆👏💕
For the pancakes I just used Hungry Jack mix y'all, and added chocolate chips. 😉😄
Swiss Onion Pork Chops recipe:
6-8 boneless pork chops
salt and pepper
1 onion, chopped
Swiss cheese slices
brown gravy packet
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions:
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season pork chops with salt and pepper then add to the skillet. Cook for 3 minutes per side then remove from skillet and transfer to a 9X13 casserole dish.
Place half a slice of Swiss cheese onto each pork chop.
Remove the oil leaving just enough to cook the onions, about two tablespoons. Reduce heat to medium low, add the onions and cook for 7-10 minutes.
Add the brown gravy packet and the amount of water the package calls for. Whisk with the onions until gravy is smooth. Pour over pork chops and bake at 350 for 12 minutes, or until pork chops have cooked through.
