Yes Iam Hyderabadi and the different versions of hau and Nakko is Zabbardast !

In hyderabadi we have a weird phenomenon, Muslim guys insert a telugu word in their urdu slang which also sounds like urdu word... On the other hand Telugu use urdu word in a mid sentence which sounds like a Telugu word..

The regional influence on Hyderabadi urdu is noticeable. I can at least say with certainty of about some Marathi influence that I noticed which makes sense since Hyderabad princely state had a large part that was Marathi (Marathwada) till post independence (I think till 1948). 'Nako' & 'Hau' are Marathi words, 'Hau' (or 'Hao' or 'Haw') being a regional variant of 'Hoy' (formal) & 'Ho' (short, informal) even in regions (Vidarbha & Varhad/Berar) that were under Hyderabad's control till British took their control. Then the 'ch' ending in words like 'aiyseech', 'parsooich', 'ekich', etc is Marathi & their equivalent are 'asach' ('aiyse' is hindi-urdu, 'asa' is Marathi), 'parvach' ('parso' is hindi-urdu, 'parva' is Marathi), 'ekach' (only minor pronunciation difference), etc respectively, so the suffix 'ch' seems to be added to usual urdu words which is the same in big Maharashtrian cities like Mumbai where hindi is spoken in the same manner by local Marathis by adding 'ch' to usual hindi words. Similarly Hyderabad city itself being in the middle of Telugu region (Telangana State) the Telugu influence could be a lot too which a Telugu speaker would be better able to verify.
