She is right , she is talking about passengers comfort, why u get directly impacted like u have a decision in putting them bus stop up, think about all people and different weather conditions.

There is no cost cutting. U have to dress up according to the weather. I see some Indian ladies in chapals and sweaters when they should be wearing heavy jackets , double socks and touques. Dont blame the Govt. canadians are already taxed to the max but lot of people work under the table for cash but want full benefits from the Govt.

I love Canada too, but if you don't realize that public transport in this country is beyond terrible especially in places outside a handful of major cities like GTA/Vancouver your just ignorant lol.
