Solution - It's easier when you have a set schedule, whether or not it's absolutely true, you can state to certain people: "Hey, I'll be busy between X:XX to Y:YY due to work or other preparations for work. Preferably, if you must call, (consider a specific day and time frame) do so in the hours of 5-7pm on Tues and Thurs." This way, you can begin gaining more control over certain people's... phone habits against you. Simply stating "Text me before you call me to see if I'm free. If I don't reply, it means I'm busy." doesn't always work and people tend to forget who this applies to. People tend to remember the specified restrictions more. Hope this helps somewhat! Good luck with controlling your schedule and other environmental factors.

Therapy has helped me. Even though everybody has your own way of being, too much introversion is not healthy. Relationships, as tiring as they are most of the times, are important for personal growth. Gotta step out of that comfort zone.

And it gets worse when they ask you "Why are you so awkward with me/us?" And then there's the panick so you'd be left with a response like "... I... don't know."

Me too. I just feel people's energy fdom the moment i meet them. I notice everything about that person that could make us good friends,i found one girl i feel that can be my bff. Sadly she lives in another city. All the "friends"(schhol friends) are hella not my type,i don't like them because our energies do not match.

That accurately describes me too but mainly I have trust issues for reasons I don't want to talk to about because I'm afraid people will judge me for even though I fairly certain that they won't I just don't know what to say in a conversation and it's awkward and I want to form meaningful relationships with a few select people that I know but I ... I'm friends / not friends with this kid that goes the same church I go to and than my family and his family decided to go eat and here some context out of the way I dont talk very much and this kid is no exception sssSSSSO IT'S EVEN WORSE so here we are at the table and than we start talking about games because it's the only thing now how to talk about I talk about the games I likes he talks about the game he likes and than now we don't know what to talk about so know we're still sitting here and I'm trying to not make eye contact and eating my fries and this goes on for like 10 more minutes and what felt like forever after all that's done I can finally sit back and relax... oh and sorry if made any typos!

If there is this awkwardness. Just be random. I tried it a few times. Say things like "I ate a frog once". The other one will be suprised and mostly amused....its a nice icebreaker for introverts :)

Its likely that more countries will have the same problem. So lockdown will be longer or it will be frequently on and off. I believe it would be set longer. Nothing is official so dont believe the news when they say schools "could" open.

Overthinking by definition is thinking TOO much about something. To the degree that the thinking becomes more harmful than helpful. So I just explain this definition to the people who say these things. Because by overthinking they basically just mean that I am analyzing the situation more than they themselves would. I think it would make sense to them if you explain for example with an analogy like a robot has to "overthink" emotions, because they don't just happen naturally on their own. Or with whatever the social aspect is, that requires a lot of analysis. Everyone tends to assume others are like them, so they think too much analysis is pointless because it would be for them.
