It's funny, whenever I think about who my favourite actresses are I occlude Huppert. But whenever I see a film with her in it I have to reevaluate everything, phenomenal presence and ability. The Piano Teacher still sends shockwaves through me whenever I rewatch it.

Madame Bovary & The Piano Teacher are my favourite Huppert performances. No other actress touches her in my opinion.

Het is niet echt een warme film. Ik bekeek hem vanop een afstand en dat is ook al eens leuk. Of liever, de film laat zich in mijn opinie vanop een afstand bekijken. Het is filosofie maar licht. Toch geen film voor iedereen.

Don't like it when titles from existing media are pinched for use in unrelated media. You really couldn't think of a title that hadn't already been used? Makes googling things a bit annoying, too.
