Here are things you need to consider before buying a high mileage Lexus. Over the past year I have bought 5 Lexus vehicles and I want to pass on some pearls of wisdom before you go out and buy one!

Great advice, buyers should not shy away from high mileage Lexus, as long as you can verify maintenance & repairs. Or at least knowing what it will cost to make things right. The timing belt is a prime example.👍

I have purchased many hi mileage Lexus's. Every used car needs work. Its ok, remember you can buy these cars for 10% of the original price. I buy them knowing they need sorting out. The key is to have a mechanic you can trust and use only oem parts

I bought my 2004 SC with 181k miles and there are aspects where it seems like a car with 25k miles.

@@ian9125 I paid $9k total with taxes. Last year in early pandemic I had found a SC430 with 300k miles for $4k but prices have been going up.

I really appreciate the content of your vlog being a Lexus owner myself but honestly maybe of your thick British accent and quite fast delivery that I’m having some difficulty understanding some things you’re trying to impart especially to your non-Brits subscribers. I guess you all can't read... Turn on the Captions if you have accent issues. Or slow down the speed. Sc430.... change Timing belt Waterpump Thermostat Check engine mounts. Check TPMS Check wheel speed sensor.

I am interested in buying a SC430, they seem to be good value and i dont have to factor petrol costs so it is more appealing. I am looking for something around £6k and preferably a facelift model

I sold my 08 48K miles Mercedes SLK 280 for the 55K miles 05 Lexus SC430 next week can't wait until the car get here.

I bought my high mileage 2002 SC430 for 1% of the original cost and have put in the equivalent of $3000 in maintenance and cosmetics (seats, brakes, timing belt, radiator, ecu). Has been super reliable. These are GREAT cars.

I might buy one 2006 Lexus Sc 430 burgundy red color type it has 109 K miles on it it maintenance pretty well and interior is maintenance pretty well very clean car actually is 7500? A good price
