Fr.. irl-sounds just make the dreaming experience more realistic with 4k sound effects, one time there was a huge crahing sound downstairs bcuz some of the metal frying pans amd stuff fell on the floor and when was sleepin, my dream turned the sounds into an explosion amd uhh... let's just say my dream turned into a nightmare-

i didn't know i was a lucid dreamer until one day, i was in 4 form then, my mom called me to wake up and just then i was lucid dreaming and it somehow got into my dream so i thought i woke up and i was getting ready to go to school, but after i was all done i was heading to the car but my mom opened the door in my room and woke me up and i was still in bed, in my pijamas and 30 minutes late to school

Dream characters are actually other beings Spiritually and I found this out in a Lucid Dream I had in school where I told this girl she was dreaming and she got super excited, and started acting like the only other conscious person in the dream besides everyone else walking around the same like they were being controlled then she disappeared because I guess she done woke up from being too excited. To this day I get sad that we didn't exchange real life info 😭

@maxhagenauer24 as an experienced lucid dreamer, you likely freaked out when you figured out when you were in a dream, try to not freak out, as that may cause you to wake up, also try to stablize your dream, one that i use is to spin in a circle and rub my hands, and like to use the ssild technique for lucid dreaming.

I feel like I just realize it out of nowhere, or if the dream is really bad, that it could be a dream and then I know it has to be. It kind of just feels normal like "oh yeah, this is a dream" and I try to stay in it as long as possible which is hard after I realize.

You can speak to your SC directly by shouting a question to the sky. I picked it up from the amazing book lucid dreaming, gateway to the inner self. You can also shout commands and it will respond. Make it a command though, only ask a question if you want your sc to answer something . It speaks in your own voice booming from the sky. It is insane

My mother used to figure out solutions to errors in her code in her sleep even though they weren't lucid dreams. I used to notice that after studying a lot of math when I'm on the verge of losing consciousnesses in bed I would randomly catch myself running random calculations like a robot as a kind unintentional practice. They say dreams are to sort out your memories and 90% of studying is memory so it is 100% possible.

try to focus in your dream, also you subconsinous can provide for you (if you belive it) for example "i want my vision to become more clear" or "i want my dream to be more longer" either one. after that, spin in a circle to stablelize and make your vision more clear.

Keep the mind awake, don't fall into thought traps you will fall asleep unconsciously, do reality checks throughout the day like check your hands to make sure your not dreaming and this action crosse's over to dreams and cause Lucidity 👁️

I usually know that I’m dreaming. If a dream is bad I tell myself- it’s a dream, you can just wake up. I didn’t know that was anything out of the ordinary until I heard people talking about lucid dreams. But even knowing that I’m a lucid dreamer I didn’t know what to do with it. I had a lot of chances of lucid dreaming once i had a dream where i crashed a bike and knew it was a dream but i got scared and tried to opened my eyes.😢i want to realy lucid dream now
