I was suppose to get severance after being wrongfully dismissed after 15yrs.(good record, third party interference) Union said an aprox amount I would receive but the employer said no and when i followed up with union they refused to help me because i was no longer employed so no longer a member of the union they said. The amount was a basic calculation and did not consider wrongful dismissal, benefits, vacation hours, rsp or pension. In the end I got nothing and situation got worse from there.
