Good vid. One thing to look out for is the rear shock. The stock shock was not very good and a good replacement is a bit pricy. Also, look inside the tank. If it's been sitting for awhile the tank is likely rusty and will need a complete treatment. I owned my first NT650 when I was completing my undergrad in LA. I would ride to campus and worked as a motorcycle currier. I loved the bike. I parted it out for a total of $2800. Over the years I've wanted to replace it and about year ago I bought a project Hawk and a parts bike. The project is just about done. I'll have it on the road this month. Can't wait.

Good tip with the shock. I didn’t include the gas tank because it’s something you should check on all old motorcycles and not just a hawk specific. Thanks for watching and hopefully you can enjoy yours soon!

Friend of mine had one in the early 90s. He sold it because he was afraid he’d get killed on it. Beautiful motorcycle didn’t realize what it was for what it is

There is one three hours from me that's on sale for $2000. It's a one owner bike too. It is well cared for. No crashes. Is it a good deal? I plan to use it to commute to work. I'm on the fence.

That’s about what I paid for mine. If it’s as clean as mine I’d say it’s a great deal.

Get it Lucky. If you don’t like it, you can sell it for what you paid for.
