Things to See and Do in PETOSKEY MICHIGAN

There are many things to see and do in Petoskey, Michigan. Located along Little Traverse Bay in northern Lower Michigan, Petoskey is home to a beautiful downtown area with a lot of shops and restaurants as well as some great parks. I check out the downtown area, get some lunch at Lost Village Pierogi, go to the original Kilwin's location for some fresh ice cream hand dipped in their fresh chocolate, and visit a few parks including the Bear River Valley Recreation Area and Bayfront Park.

One of my favorite cities in Northern Michigan, we always stay at Bay Harbor whenever we go, very nice community and all the restaurants in the Petoskey area have never disappointed me, the winters can be harsh though.

A great place to stop. Petoskey is where my mother was born and raised. So much family history. There’s several small towns from Traverse City to Mackinaw. It’s well worth the trip to see! They have events scheduled all year long in this area.

Very nice! Petoskey is quite a nice place. I haven't had a chance to check out much of the smaller towns in between there except for Harbor Springs and Charlevoix.

Going there in two weeks for a weekend of leaf peeping. Hopefully there is a decent amount of leaf color then. Always like your videos :)

That's awesome! There should be a lot more color by then. When I went last year (when this was filmed), I went the first weekend of October, and things were slowly starting to turn color. I hope you have a great time up there!

I usually do if a restaurant is more upscale as hats as well as t-shirts are not suitable there. If the restaurant is more casual like this one, I usually don't especially if I see other people wearing one including the workers. That's usually what my father has always done.
