In the center, we explored the Chinatown district and enjoyed the hustle and bustle of Chinese New Year. What a pleasant surprise!
Birmingham is a city full of wonders: it boasts the largest public library in Europe and more canals than Venice. Plus, it's the youngest city in Europe and the birthplace of heavy metal.
After a delicious lunch, we visited the Library of Birmingham, an impressive library with eight floors and a collection of Shakespearean works. The views from the terrace are stunning!
Then, we headed to Brindley Place, a charming spot with shops, restaurants, and canal boats. The perfect blend of history and modernity!
Our day culminated at the Black Country Living Museum, where we experienced life in the 19th century and immersed ourselves in the region's industrial history.
