Em, when you level-up it will attract haters and jealousy. Let Josie guide and support you through. Your hair looks so elegant tied up, love it. There are plenty of us who love & support you and it’s obvious how caring you are. I would love to have you as a friend and I’m sure many others would too. I love how humble you are, the best advice I received is ‘don’t take the high road but take the low road and stay humble and do your thing.’ If people are offended by that, that’s a reflection of them. Btw I watch a lady on KZfaq who recently got married and it was such a beautiful and happy time for her. She had hateful comments left and people unsubscribed because they didn’t want to see her wedding content 🤷♀️

Lovely Vlog Em. It's likely your sleep was disturbed due to drop in hormones as you said you were near or on your cycle? It's common for women to experience lower quality sleep before and during the first day or two of the cycle. Also, cold plunging before or on your cycle isn't optimal as the cold is contractive and constrictive and the womb needs warmth and circulation at this time. All energy is focused on the bleed, so external stressors like cold can disrupt flow. Hope you don't mind me sharing a few (hopefully helpful!) insights.

It wasn’t meant to be offensive whatsoever, I love Aussies and would LOVE to have an Australian accent, it's the biggest compliment when someone says it to me haha 💗 I was in LA and people kept saying I sounded Australian - it was just a joke. I'm really confused, it was just a joke because there's a Tiktok where they say 'noooo' in an Aussie way and in LA everyone kept saying I sounded Australian. I wish I sounded Australian! I love Australians, no offence was intended. I've watched the clip back so many times to see where I may have caused offence and maybe I'm being silly but I can't see it - or maybe because that would never ever be my intention. Josie and I have been friends over 10 years, I am a good, non-offensive person. I apologise if I have caused you any upset or offence, that would never ever be my intention and I can only apologise if that is the case.
