This video discusses the history and facts regarding the famous #padmanabhaswamy temple in Thiruvananthapuram. One of the richest temples in the world. Which was in news recently because of the #supremecourt verdict regarding the ownership of the temple. The former royal family was awarded partial ownership in the events in the temple. The case was active since 2011 and there was auditing in the assets hidden in the underground vaults. five out of six vaults were opened and assets worth 1.25 lakh crore was identified. #vaultb is still closed and there are many mysteries surrounding the same. There is a huge history which connects the temple and the Travancore state. That history is explained in this video along with the timeline of the case.
alexplain is an initiative to explain must know things in simple Malayalam. Because, sometimes, what we need is a simple explanation.

Few things. The same justice CS Rajan whom you mentioned in the video has said, the B vault which he tried to open, seemed to be closed for atleast 200 years. The door was in such a state that it was highly rusted, unlike the other vaults. Also he said the amicus curiae report seems to be wrong. Most probably these people are referring to vault A as B. He has clearly mentioned this. Also there are only two kallaras, underground chambers.. ie A and B. All others are just chambers not kallaras like you mentioned.

Vault b has two openings isnt it? the outer opening has been opened few times ( which is what was opened in 1996 and 2000s) but the main vault has not been opened for a long time as per other interviews I have seen. Also when they tried to open vault b someones foot got hurt and there was some blood spilled and then the tanthri mentioned not to open and to conduct a devaprashnam and then decided not to open this vault B as it was against the deities wish. I am not sure rust was the only thing. Why did they conduct devaprashnam after this then? they could have just fixed the rust. How did they decide that there was things stolen if they have not been recorded before? Obviously the supreme court felt the royal family has done a good job keeping the treasures hidden for centuries. Now all of this has been exposed and everyone wants a piece of the treasure. It should stay with the owner- the supreme being who resides in the temple SreePadmanabha Swamy! In no way should the govt run the temple. All the glory will be lost and all the money will be split between all the political parties for personal profit and nothing will be used for the welfare of anyone.

സുന്ദരരാജൻ... അദ്ദേഹം ആണ് യഥാർത്ഥ പദ്മനാഭ ദാസൻ.. അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ജീവിതം തന്നെ സ്വാമിക്ക് വേണ്ടി ആയിരുന്നു. അവിടെ നടക്കുന്ന മുഴുവൻ ക്രമകേടും കൂടി വരുന്നത് കൊണ്ടായിരുന്നു അദ്ദേഹം കോടതിയിൽ പോയത്. ലക്ഷ്യം നിറവേറ്റി, കാര്യങ്ങൾ എത്തേണ്ടവരിൽ എത്തിയപ്പോ അദ്ദേഹം ലോകത്തോട് വിടപറഞ്ഞു 🙏
