I think purple partially fired Liliac because she couldn’t be controlled as easily as everyone else. Pink and Lavender are scared to Purple to various degrees, while Red and Blue were subjected to various forms of grooming. Liliac seemed like she just wanted to get her job done, being dragged along for the ride a lot of the time like in Don’t Touch It. So when Purple realized that she had someone working for her that she couldn’t control in the way she wanted, she saw Lilac as useless and got rid of her as soon as possible. It could also be a transfer out of that building/district, but yeah she was probably fired

If you see Vict's community posts you can see a timeline of each episode(and also the numbered videos) This was before the purple incident, in this video is the beginning of her gr00ming blue, this is what people do before they start trying to take control by giving the victim comfort. I noticed something im the end of the original video,in the end Lilac's colours looks satured (and i think her eyes are darker but I'm it sure) and she doesn't have any type of highlights in her eyes before Blue hugs her,the highlights in her eyes comes back after Blue hugs her so i think that supposed to represent Lilac trying to mourn through Maroon's death or maybe her going through depression even but I could be wrong and misunderstood the whole scene but that's my threoy thing (Also I'm sorry if there's any mistakes)

I have a theory that I haven’t seen people discuss and that’s why blue usually doesn’t have a mouth. I think it symbolizes that blue can’t speak up for himself. When he’s in his blamed form his mouth is still closed still proving my theory he can’t speak up for himself. Also, in yellow blues design he finally has a mouth that could symbolize he finally got the courage to speak up for himself. I also understand that this theory could be wrong but I’ve just been thinking about it a lot recently. Edit: I also just realized that in the beginning of all of blues abusive relationships his mouth is visible but as they go on his mouth disappears.

Okay hold on, there is one thing I noticed a few days ago, during 1-3 blue was just his healthy state, being a blue man who has a job. But then after his affair with pink (Part 4) His color had a different variant with red pupils. i feel like 4:35, where you stated that Purple seemed happy of Red's attraction to Blue, is wrong. Why you may ask? I remember Vic stating that purple was trying to groom Red. I believe this could be my personal opinion but i believe that Red being so close to Blue, made her angered. As such i think that she felt Blue got in the way of successfully grooming Red, although she didnt succeed due to Red's love for Blue. I believe that your statement is wrong in a way, could also i just didn't understand it or didn't looked at it the way you did. Yes, Purple may not be mad at blue being close to others, but she definitely wasn't happy of Red's and Blues relationship.
