Having studied psychology and sports medicine I can help people by combining them with nutrition to balance their bodies. This is what I do as I feel it’s what I’ve spent many years learning and it’s only right to share it. I only do it when I feel I have experience to help. I enjoy helping but thats my extent I used to be very private but after having identity theft for the past few years do I have any privacy anymore? But it don’t mean to make it worse either. Personal ideas and plans should be kept shared with only those you trust and for me I’ve been cyber stocked for a gray number of years so there goes that. But finally it all has to end sometime! Thing with future plans is that some of us( me) tend to not want to do the plan of i share it most of the time, idk why tbh, it just becomes that much less motivating to me, i heard huberman talk about how talking about plans secretes the same dopamin that youd get then you were actually doing the goal, but thats as much as i remember and understand from that explanation. Exceptions to this are, plans with people im actually working with, and telling people the imediate next steps of the plan. So if i tell someone my next two steps it wont be a problem, but if i tell them the final outcome i want to attain, than is when motivation drops. Tho even if im working with someone, it can sometimes become a problem, especially if the other person needs be get motivated by me but doesnt also try to motivate me . By motivate i mean, making progress by themselves, and then asking for me to either give me feedback, and to continue building off of what we have, or i suppose to brainstorm if we just started. Thats about as much as i need to get motivated, yet what i find disapointing is that that is rarely dont by people i work on side projects with. But lets not get in to my complaining😂 Have a good day
