1) menial service that nobody knows about 2) going out of comfort zone / not only doing thing that we are accomplished in 3) association with people who test / who nourish your humility 4) meditate on Krsna's greatness and my insignificance in relationship to Him 5) focus on basics 6) take feedback from others 7) study Shastra Some activities are more general, some are more specific, try to find the specific activities that create a deeper sense of humility within. It may feel artificial, but it has to begin somewhere.
