"President Donald Trump lied about his policy accomplishments, interrupted himself, and went off on a series of incoherent rants during a recent interview with The Associated Press’ Julie Pace.
The AP released part of the interview last week, but made a fuller transcript available late Sunday. You can read it in full here, but beware: It’s a doozy. The phrase “Donald Trump is unintelligible” was even a top trending topic on Twitter early Monday ― referring to the 16 instances where the AP marked parts of the transcript “unintelligible.” (Pace later told the Toronto Star that one of Trump’s aides was talking over him at those moments, and that the aide did not want their comments included in the transcript. The Star notes that “this is itself highly unusual.”)
Here are some of the interview’s most bizarre moments:
Shunning reality, Trump said he’s “mostly there” on fulfilling the promises of his first 100 days.
With the 100-day mark looming on April 29, the president has fallen short on every one of the legislative goals he set last year in his “100-day action plan.” Most notably, the Republican health care bill that Trump campaigned extensively for went down in flames. He has also failed to secure funding for the wall he’s hoping to build along the U.S.-Mexico border.”*

What everyone has been missing, up until this video, is that trump didn't realize that he was going to actually have to do some work. That's why everything looks so massive and huge and big to him, because he's getting overwhelmed. He thought all you have to do when you get into office is bark orders at people. What an idiot.

It would have been better for everyone if he had spent his entire time in office doing absolutely nothing. Unfortunately, he would attempt to do the job sometimes when he thought a policy would potentially benefit him, and ended up making things worse. He should have walked away from his loss with relief, but his overinflated ego couldn't accept that people thought he was unqualified for a job he proved to be completely incompetent at.

Seriously, I wish the interviewer could always stop and just point out how his answer is just not an answer to the question, or factually incorrect, or both. Like have a loud buzzer go off each time, and have an on-screen counter tallying off each one. At the end the total tally to the total number of questions, put it as a percentile of how effective he is or something.

+Merri Cat It's mind-boggling how much America sunk in the past 2 decades. I thought GWB was stupid, but I think he at least realised it to some degree, and to some extent had that moral compass or "heart" if you preffer. And that is about the guy who started, and very badly managed 2 wars. I'm worried about the future of Civilization, since America is still the strongest country in the world. I mean in Poland we have monstrous government, our Minister of Defence is not institutionalised ONLY because for the past 27 years he was MP, and refused such examination. He is worse than Alex Jones. But Poland is a small country, and with a government like that no one gives two shits about us (as much as I would like to believe otherwise). Apart from starting war with Russia, we probably cannot do anything that would change the world, whereas EVERY decision of U.S. leads to changes in the world. And most of them are irreversible. So I hope that in both of our countries we will have quicker elections, and that more people will vote. We have probably the lowest voter turnout in Europe, and it always favours the stupid, the blind, the cowards, the corrupt etc. So I hope, but I am afraid AF.

Awful as that first quote is, even worse is that I've heard him do quite a few word salads like that since. It wasn't just a temporary aberration! He really does think and speak like that. Person, woman, man, camera, TV!

Bridget Sclama l would rather have him as president if that was the only other choice. Maybe A sane rational intelligent person with the Capacity to communicate intelligently would be a nice change of pace.
