I was able to buy a beautiful house with 5% down as a single, retired RN with $800 monthly rental property income and a healthy IRA because of my astronomical credit score. It has invigorated me to plow ahead in RE as prices drop. Doing research now.

Part of the bank situation is that a lot of people want to push responsibility of making a decision up to a manager or whoever is in a higher position. Really, you can't blame them. Some are just stupid or robotic and don't know when that should be done, so they do it every time.

I did the same thing and it worked great. When I wanted one of the LLC's to borrow money, the only concern the banker had was which LLC I run the majority of expenses through. Loan approved.

I own a cabin with my sister and niece. Once we get it fixed up we will rent it out as a vrbo or one of those. Should we all have our own LLCs or could we all use the same one? Hiw much do you charge to make an LLC?

I use to hold my precious metals in a bank account box, not anymore. I just don't trust the bank anymore. So many ppl are not informed & has no idea what they can claim (it's like throwing money away) & ppl work way too hard not to get their credits owing to them. 🤑💵💲💸
