I'm hoping this kid's going to make it in the NFL. His dad played American football in Europe when he was growing up so he's familiar, plus he's younger, he's got vision to see openings and he's fast.

Ty hill could play rugby? I dont see cheetah defending or passing the ball backwards very well. Yes he could catch and run, 2 specific skills and no much more. I dont see any NFL player moving their ass 80 full minutes of the game without timeouts or propaganda.

@@javimarulu4247 fitness base is the easiest thing to build....a great many NFL guys also wrestled which has significantly higher cardio requirements than rugby.

Judging strictly from practice tape, he honestly doesn't appear that fast without pads - i shudder to think how he'll move with pads. Idk, maybe he's busy learning the game and isn't really cutting loose

I'm not saying he's not fast I think tyreek initial burst is quicker and that's what gets you away from tackling plus the pads but we shall see the NFL is all about keeping possession it's the be all and end all almost

He won’t be shit in nfl, cause it’s more than just about speed. It’s skill, technique, and knowledge of game

In the history we know that a former rugby players could fit in the NFL. NFL player could fit in rugby? I will put my money in a rugby player to play AF than for example mahomes playing rugby. AF is an static sport with specific assignations. The action occur only in 5 seconds. 80% of the time you are bench. Thats why in the AF the competition is much harder. You dont need to do every aspect of the game. Also the salary cap put the rookies in a better position, they are cheaper. So the life time of an nfl player is only 4 years. In rugby or in another sport thats not happen, you have more years to develop.

@@javimarulu4247 the one that played didn’t last. He was good in pre season only, that’s cause the best players do not play in pre season, back up and guys trying to make the team are playing, once the real season started he was trash, and he quit

@@edwardhicks9481 rugby players can play AF bro. 90% of former AF also has been cut. Thats is not the point. The NFL is a carnage. The question is, they can play? The answer is Yes. They have the skills and fundamentals to do it. Is more easier play AF than rugby. Soccer players, basket players, lacrose players and other former sports could do it.
