This is really just totally silly and dumb, but it worked for me as a kid: you could pretend the pill is a teeny shrunken submarine of scientists that need to study the human body from the inside. Or practice with mini m&ms or other teeny candy.

womens products are often higher priced (compared to mens of the same variety) too (its called the "pink tax")-so that's another reason to consider mens products!
