I am back. Last year when you were giving advice. Point your camera and press record. Post it on your KZfaq channel. Rinse and repeat. That's the lack of take away. I did not learn how to edit. 1300 subscribers like my videos. Actually 10k folks liked the coin pusher one. It is up to you to try. You are ready.

Subs are less important now. Find outliers and use those as your foundation for your next video. Mainly focus and strategize. Don’t just make useless content

I officially started my channel at the beginning of March 2024 with 19 subscribers, 1 video and zero watch hours. Today I have 1400 subscribers, 40 videos and almost 2500 watch hours. I watch a lot of your videos, but this one is going to help me get my watch hours up to 4000!. Thank you Sean and Think Media!

I watched some of your videos, they're very cool. I would try starting the first 10-15 seconds (intro) of each one, with a cool demo of what you're teaching in that video. That way, people understand what they're sticking around for. You can even add text saying "In today's video..." You're moving very fast and at a high level, and that may be fine for the audience you're trying to reach, but you should be aware that a less experienced pianst will probably be a bit intimidated and might click off quickly. I'm sorry I know you didn't ask. It's really great what you're doing.

Some people have been saying I talk too much and slow, and some people say slow down. But I think slow and clear should be better. Anyways. We started this channel 5 month ago and thanks to your advice the channel is growing. Is mostly in Spanish, but soon I will start content in English too. Our main focus is people over 50 who will like to know more about Puerto Rico. I mean it sorta is in a way. It's a lottery for a job interview essentially isn't it? Your not guaranteed views even if you make gud content, but your also not guaranteed the job even if you win the lottery and get the views on a video if your video is bad

If I can input my 2 cents also? Consistency Consistency Consistency will get you far! Don't think too hard about it. Get up and just start! you will find your people along the way and you will sharpen your skills as you go. Trust me! Good Luck and have fun as you do it

YT is very hard, I started my channel a couple of months ago and still struggling getting new subscribers. Very frustrating to work more than 10 hours , edit, finish, upload, go to bed and get 3 views and 0 subs 😪Ouchh!....Regardless, still keep it up consistent, learning every video and enjoy the process 😎😎

for djs, it's just hard since there's always copyright issues (both music and video) and who first uploaded the song/music that's also being monetized.

Just posted my 3rd vid and my channel is taking off! Wow. I can't believe it! Thanks Think Media for all I've learned from y'all. Picked up 5 subs off 5k impressions, all in 24 hrs. 200 views and a little over 50% view duration. I'll get better and give the people more of what they want (editing is a brutal task).

I have 28k subs and still not monetized,some days we have good views and other bad.what i also find strange is that when we promote a video KZfaq sends a lot of views and subs to my channel so there is audience but when you dont pay they cand send the audience.? Has anyone gone all in on shorts from watching this channel, and it killed their longs? My impressions on longs are abysmal after pumping out daily shorts for months. There is no crossover. I was getting thousands of views. Now i get 30.

Yes I experienced this. For me I stopped posting shorts and after 2-3 weeks maybe my long videos started getting better views. I almost thought to start a new channel after posting lots of long videos that got 59 views or so.

Wait a minute... a guy in Seans Video sez "Subscribers mean NOTHING" ! Realy? But then Sean goes on in the next clip to tell us that "this creator used a strategy to get 1K subs in just 9 days?" Why would that creater give a darn to get his subs.then if SUBS if... "they don't mean anything" ? What am i missing? If you ASK YT a creator is not going to make 1 red cent ...until you have 1k & 4k watch hrs . So what I'm I missing here ? Either a creator NEEDS 1k subs or you don't for YT to grant a creator the opportunity to be monetized. 😞

I have good views for my sub count now, and watch time, but subs is what I struggle with to get, but engagement seems to be good too. Hey, I guess that’s not a bad thing. Could be most people who get subs easy but struggle with the hardest of parts

I just started the KZfaq right now, but it seams that nobody is seeing it, i now that i only post 1 a day and i know that is not over night that im going to grow. I also know that my idea is a good ideia because e didn't see nobody doing it, i post music ( i don't want to show my face), and the music are also very good but its frustrating that nobody sees it. We recently started a KZfaq channel where we document various biking/kayaking adventure and camping trips, with one of our last videos from a kayaking trip around a wee island near my hometown in Scotland.I hope these videos will encourage more people to get outdoors, be active and enjoy nature.
