This is exactly what my thought is when fighting againts the Legion in the hoover dam - Boomers joins the war - Brotherhood appears as well - Enclave joins And also i gather all companions including DLC and Fallout 3 companions in Tales Of Two Wasteland with unlimited followers mod. Its fitting for final battle and ending. Because War, War Never Changes.

Please someone make a mod where the battle of Hoover damn is like this. Just all the npcs vs the legion.

Feared had gripped the Mojave once again. What began as rumors soon became horror stories and then grim reality. The legion had returned. Lanius had fulfilled his promise to Courier 6 and had rebuilt the Legion. Now supplied and reinforced, they once again had Hoover Dam, and the rest of the Mojave Wasteland, in their sights. The NCR mobilized but they were slow in doing so. Since the 2nd Battle of Hoover Dam, the great Bear had other wars to fight. Resources and manpower had been needed elsewhere. Now, with the Bull once again threatening the peace of the Mojave, the NCR was unprepared. The Mojave once again braced for war. Barricades were built. Logistics organized. It was in this chaos that a new rumor began to spread. A courier had been sighted. Of course there were many couriers amid the preparations for war, but the ones who spoke of this one had said they were...different. They had an aura about them. They carried strange weapons. And when the Courier was attached to a small squad of NCR troops, known as the Misfits, it was clear: the legendary Courier 6 had returned. However as the battle was joined, it seemed like even that wasn't enough. Defensive lines were overrun and the NCR forces were pushed back time and again. As the last line stood before the Legion, Lanius himself took the fore. Against him, stood the Courier and what was left of the NCR troops. Some say the Legate spoke to the Courier out of respect for their courage but whatever was said was interrupted by faint music. It was a simple military fanfare, repeating on loop, and its source was an eye-bot. Everyone watched in silence as the bot floated toward the Courier, circled them once, then bobbed to their side. As the Courier reached out to it, another figure stepped out of the swirling sands: a man in a long duster bearing an old world flag. He was followed by others. A man wearing a NCR Recon beret. A ghoul in a mechanic jumpsuit. A woman in rags with a power fist and another covered in scars. A caravan owner and a Follower. A Burned Man. A cowboy Securitron. As both sides watched, even more emerged from the wasteland. Settlers and gangers, Boomers and Remnants, Kings and Brotherhood Knights, an army of Securitrons led by one with a smiling face, Tribals and even some Super mutants. They had all heard a message. A simple message sent across the Wasteland: "Come to Hoover Dam. The Courier needs you."

Imagine being Lanius here. Like, you have the entire population of the f*cking Mojave coming for you, and then they bring the motherf*cking GOJIRA, by a long distance the most overpowered thing to ever exist. Bad day at work, I guess.

Honestly, the idea of literally everyone in the mojave coming together to kick out both the NCR and Legion is interesting. To be fair, considering how much of the mojave was (thanks to house) left relatively intact post great war, it is entirely possible for the mojave to have a relatively large population compared to other areas.

Uniting all of your companions for a scene is one of my most wanted features in Fallout (it would've been so cool to have multiple companions at Hoover Dam or attacking the Institute)

Honestly, being able to do the Yes Man route and conquer Hoover Dam without NCR help, or even the Securitrons, but just the forces you've accumulated over your travels would've been fantastic. Defectors from all sides, the gangs of Freeside, family soldiers from the Strip, the mutants of Jacobstown and Black Mountain, of course all the other minor factions. So on and so on. An Independent Vegas, won by Vegas.
