I am an hearing impaired, and to me the most important thing, that English teachers' speech be slow, light, eloquent, fluent, and catchy. As English teachers, they must consider people who attend the lesson, who are not native to English-speaking countries. I must indicate, that you're the best English teacher and lecturer, in Utube, specially your eloquent and easy speech. well done! Very lovely lesson! Eitan from Israel.

This video shows us only the third conditional as it focuses on a single conditional I see that it reinforces more so I can see a broader concept of what the third conditional is, a different way of explaining but with the same structure that the third should be conditional as well as its times and a difference of how we can realize, use and differences the third conditional with the second codicional.

If l had finished my studies, l would have been a nurse. If l had known the differences between second and third conditional, l would have taught it to others. If my husband hadn't left me, l would have loved him. If l hadn't had to leave my country, l would have kept my friends. If l had woke up early, l would have arrived on time in my TAFE. If l hadn't attended that class, l wouldn't have fallen in love with my teacher. If l had dared to express my feelings, l would have had him.

Hello Very very good. I see that you have really understood this lesson. You made one small mistake: "If l had woke up early, l would have arrived on time in my TAFE." > "If l had *woken* up early, l would have arrived on time in my TAFE." (The past participle of wake is "woken".) Best wishes Andrew

Hi Andrew, Could you clarify, please, one question. If we use complex clause in the second part of third conditional should we use HAVE second time before the second verb? For example, If I had won the lottery I would have bought a house and HAVE paid salary to employees.
