Pile 1 -- I was the one who walked away. He was definitely pissed about it, but he was the one who didn't wanna admit he wanted me....? And would get upset that I was staying away and trying to respect his boundaries. I cut him off over a year ago, but somehow I suddenly started getting overwhelmed by his energy again. Just trying to be mindful and gentle with myself while not.... Talking to people about it when I know they can't wrap their minds around my goal not being to involve myself with him. I just wanna let go of the burden of like.... Treating my emotions as dangerous. I've carried this belief that my feelings are inherently abusive/manipulative/toxic/unhealthy since childhood because my family projected their experiences with my mother onto me. I wasn't allowed to experience first crushes or anger or sadness the way other kids were, and everything about me was pathologized, except for my "introverted" or "quiet" behavior. This dynamic where I was taking responsibility for someone else's obsession and bad behavior was the final straw. I don't wanna play the evil witch anymore. I kind of wanna be the princess, even though deep down I know I'm the knight haha. Anyway, sorry for rambling! It's taken me a long time to be able to put that into words ❤️ for most of this situation, people keep thinking it's about me holding on to *him*, but... It's not. It's about not having to live life afraid of myself. Not living life like I'm a monster. Thank you for the reading. Even if it's about a complicated situation, it helps me sort things out on a deeper level. I'm slowly letting myself focus on things that make me happy instead of proving I'm "good" and "healthy".

Pile 1. I was in a committed relationship. He cheated on me, ended up marrying her. 4 years later now he’s miserable with her and regrets his choices and what he did to me. I don’t date married men and I can’t trust him. But at least now he’s realizing what he gave up (me) to be with someone who wasn’t what he thought she was.

But he won't be honest, with anyone, her included.. She knew about me but then he lied and told her, he stopped seeing me. I'm not anybody's secret. We have history and when we got back together I had no idea he was engaged. They are married now.. So it's been a whirlwind. Pile 3: suuuper interesting. The 3rd party was about his ex and from what I know it was a very toxic relationship and took a lot out of him to end it. Our friendship wasn’t doing well either because of how neglectful he was towards me and it ended in a fight and we haven’t really spoken since. I still feel his energy around me all the time and I know we have a deep soul connection. I tried to let it stay in the past and heal but recently, the tarot readings have been saying that he wants to come back into my life but is scared of rejection and thought of being in a balanced relationship since in the past that always equated real to feeling constricting. We’re both Sagittariuses so I get it 😅 I’ve had my own share of fear of intimacy and relationship trauma. I find it so interesting that this reading came into my life rn because I think for so long I thought the worst about myself and figured that’s why he didn’t care about me and could just toss me away. But after working a lot on my self worth and knowing that isn’t true, it’s interesting to see what is still haunting him, literally one year later. She's also the town drunk and after his divorce, and hers, they started a drunken lifestyle that apparently is still going on even though he denies everything. I walked away after finding out what was really going on behind my back. P1 we were on relationship madly in love, we had a conflict and jealousy made us have a fight over stuff. Then he met another girl online and he started talking with her and had kinda a relationship that he was calling "shes just a friend" now after some months hes trying to be with me again after me ignoring him all those months. A scenario: Pile 2 The third party could be in a poly relationship and is married to 1 and dating the other who is single. So the back and forth is from both relationships. The third party while in a poly relationship still has some of the thinking of someone (for the most part) who is used to being in a monogamous relationship. And so the idea of maybe leaving one for the other and the struggle between the two is showing in the cards. In reality, yes, the third party does "want their cake and eat it too" because outside of poly circles that's what it looks like but in reality all that's really wanted is the perfect balance between both parties.

Nice for the poly person but has he come out and said that he only likes poly relationships or is he stringing the person who is single along? I have to say - out of all disgusting “arrangements” poly marriages take the cake for me - unfortunately I think you are right!!
