Third person Dynamic Vaulting in Godot 4

Just a short video to showcase some basic vaulting mechanic i make. This is an extension of my Ledge Climbing and Shimmy previously. Full project files will be available on my patreon page and free for those who bought my "Godot 4 Ledge Climbing and Shimmy" project. Stay tune.

Wow, thanks! I still figuring out a proper ways of doing vaulting and fixing some rough edges (that landing in particular😅) before making a tutorial on it. P/s: love to see an update of your fps project 😉

Looking good! Now make him walk sideways or normally on the vaultable walls and add balancing system like in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater ;D

@@Brokencircuitboard btw i'm curious, dis you use c# of gdscript ? Also i would highly recommend you to remake in godot the gta movement, it was really cool

@@mirtir472 its all in gdscript. I don't want to deal with c# for now. Atleast until godot4 fully support it. I'll move to the locomotion system after the climbing system is done 😅

mostly from unreal marketplace, unity asset store and mixamo.. with lots of animation editing 😄

if there are obstacle that preventing vaulting, do mantle instead.
