시간이 넘 빠르네요ㅜㅜ!! 저는이제 중기에접어들었어요🫢 언니 말대로 입덧이 줄어들긴하네요 언제그렇게 힘들었냐는듯이😂😂 저희애기도 딸이라는데 왜 배는 언니만큼 나온거같죠?!ㅋㅋㅋ 이제 19주인데😂😂😂

When I was pregnant with my boy he was kicking so hard I was screaming most of the time cuz it hurts, forgetfulness is part of it no energy is also part of it. In my case it was a high risk pregnancy and was gestational diabetes. Gabie you look great! Shortness of breath is also part of it going to the bathroom and putting shoes will getting hard as the baby grows. Enjoy the moment even though it's getting hard and sometimes there's no rest or sleepless night. If you're sleepy, sleep. Take a breather if you can. Congratulations to you and Josh I cannot wait to see you with your baby girl.

저는 사타구니, 항문 쪽 혈액순환이 안 돼서 매일 밤마다 폼롤러 앉아타서 혈액순환 사켜줬어요. 치루 증상도 왔고요. 말기로 갈수록 하체, 특히 발이 계속 부어요. 아기가 엄마 가슴 쪽까지 자리잡고 성장해서 숨쉬는 것도 힘들어져요. 저는 아기가 제 방광까지 압박해서 절박뇨가 계속 왔습니닼ㅋㅋ 그냥 제가 하고 싶은 말은… 지금 잠 많이 자두세요. 출산 후 1년 넘게 잘 못 잘 겁니닼ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅠㅠ 글구 지금 모유수유, 수면교육 미리 공부해놓으세요.

If you don't have coconut ice cream: Fridge your coconut cream and condensed milk so it stays colder throughout the process. The blender, the scooping spoon, the cup-everything will suck the cold out of your slush so we want to give it a boost. 출산전부터 그러니까 임신 후기때부터 관절을 벌어지게하는 호르몬이 나온다고 들었어요! 출산때는 그 호르몬으로 골반이 벌어져서 아이가 나오는거구요ㅠㅠ칼질 많이 안하시는거 진짜 잘하고 계신거에요~ 그리고 파라핀 기계 사셔서 계속 찜질 한번씩 하시는거 진짜 추천드립니다👍🏻

가비님~ 저 4월에 애기 낳고 친정 어머니가 말리시는데도 맨발로 다녔더니 10년이 지난 지금도 가끔 발바닥이 심하게 시려요ㅠ 꼭 몸을 따뜻하게 하고 계세요~ 우리는 한국 여자들이니까요 순산 하세요^^

Very sweet look at your life at home while pregnant! I also love open window weather and especially hearing the neighborhood kiddos playing in their yards. The season is just too brief! it's like i'm watching my sister when she's pregnant. i have 1 niece and 1 nephew. so blessed watching he pregnant and delivering her 2 babies to this world. i held all two of them after birth. so happy for you gabie. prayers for you and whole family.
