There must be something, such as a very nearby hydrant being opened, that has created some sort of siphon action with that faucet. That is a dangerous cross-connection, because water going in that faucet is going to end up in the supposed 'fresh' water supply.

They also go through something called the “bronco ride” when they sleep on those things. The wind gusts hit the face of the rock, and there’s nowhere else for it to go but *up* . You can imagine what happens next. Although most portable ledges are enclosed to protect against such phenomena

they're ubiquitous over here; every American probably has at least fifty hours clocked in one, so yeah, we like to use them as a unit of measurement XD. also, a common way of conveying the size of the Hubble Space Telescope is comparing it to a school bus.

@@tonythreepies9272 I mean Yeah it's understandable but still funny For me I know the length of my house so I just use that and measure with it And I'm usually 90% right or very close If you see a meter, 10m, 100m and 1k you could use them to measure more accurately Bus can be imagined but isn't accurate in numbers of measurements Either way it's just funny

This is actually an effect called siphoning. It happens when there is a body of water at a lower point, and a hose that connects to a higher source of water. Since one body of water is lower then the other, no matter if the hose goes up and then down, the water will go down it anyway, because it wants to get to the other body of water. Yes I know I’m a year late to this one.
