For the mustang 2 the ghia is for the designer (think pininfarina). They made some very beautiful cars like the Volkswagen Karmin Ghia, 54 Fiat 8v Coupe, Aston Martin db2/4 supersonic, and probably most famous aside from the mustang 2 Ghia was the Chrysler turbine car

As a Thunderbird owner and avid lover, my brain cannot even fathom that build, and I have never even seen a boosted stock 4.6. You would have to build the entire engine/trans. The amount of mods needed for that turbo setup to work alone, is probably worth more than it MSRP'd for. Wow.
