i love everybodys stories about how they fell in love with the is300 and eventually got one. i was working at park place lexus in 2001 as a service porter. when these things rolled fresh off the line i was drooling. parking customers is300 was a dream and was determined to get one one day. the time and money aligned in 2013 when i bought my 1 owner 2002 silver IS. she sits well loved in the garage as i type this! best realistic dream car there ever was!

this is a sick and very simple mod, thanks for the video! i really like the end result with the gauge cluster! i would probably do white gauge cluster, blue nob controls and then get an orange for the LCD clock to match the original but still look better.

Dude you gotta swap out the trac control (T4 bulb), ect power(T3), gear shift(T5 74-24), and cigarette lighter ring(T5 74-24)! I took the ashtray chord out and spliced it into cigarette lighter ring. Also doing your turn signals and any other dash indicator blue or pink whatever color you want adds a dope touch (T5 74-24).

I'ma change mine to white. I think it looks extremely clean!

Maaaaaan, I’ve done this last year. I got the agua blue lights, changed them out without an issue. Last week I decided to change them to white LED’s. The gauge cluster was a success. I then went to the climate control and changed them. Once I turned on the lights, they came on for less than a second and all my gauge cluster, climate control LED’s, and seat warmers turned off. I checked the gauge fuse on the driver side kick panel. It’s good. Do you have some advice for me? I was just thinking of ordering a new dimmer switch and climate control, but I don’t want to waste 80$ and that might not fix my problem

Hey I just got an 01 auburn sky pearl I saw on one forum somebody said they only made about 1400 in that color? I've been looking and looking and I cannot find any info about sales numbers relating to color or package options. Can any other is owners verify this or point me in the right direction? I used the link for the bulbs you used and they don't sit all the way in the bulb seat, did you have this problem too or maybe they just sit loose?

Colour looks nice, but the brightness is way too high for a cabin. Exterior of the car looks smart too fella. Do you get any issues with authorities in regards to the headlamps? they look very blue...

I do like the oem color but will not deny the white is clean on the guages I'd leave the dash orange
