Monique is the co-founder of Iota, a science-backed skin and body care brand that focuses on the skin’s microbiome. After dealing with infertility and some scary health challenges Monique saw how impactful the products we use are on our overall health, so she decided to do something about it and launched Iota with her husband. They’ve gone on to win a ton of awards, like the coveted Allure Best of Beauty, sell out 10 times, and do it all with a lean team.
